ISSAT Members

ISSAT is a member-based organisation. As of September 2012, it is composed of 14 countries and four multilateral actors and their various agencies. All members are part of ISSAT's Governing Board and attend its bi-annual meetings. In addition to the Governing Board members, the African Union and the African Development Bank attend the bi-annual meetings as observers.
