Governing Board
ISSATs Governing Board provides a means both of ensuring good governance and oversight of ISSAT's activities but the board has the following main responsibilities:
- Setting ISSAT’s strategic priorities;
- Providing guidance on ISSAT policy;
- Approving ISSAT’s annual budget;
- Monitoring ISSAT’s progress against goals and budgets;
- Guiding ISSAT’s future SSR engagement;
- Ensuring effective coordination between ISSAT and other SSR stakeholders at headquarters and in the field;
- Encouraging the mainstreaming of SSR policy and good practice with other interested donors.
