International Police Missions

The German Police University, with the support of the State Bureau for Education, Training and Personnel of the North Rhine-Westphalia Police, is organizing an International Working Session on “International Police Missions,” which will be held from 26 to 28 August 2019 at the campus of the German Police University, located in the city of Münster, Germany.

The event aims at providing participants with an in-depth insight into current developments of international police missions involving the Federal Republic of Germany and the German federal states, to raise and strengthen their intercultural skills and competences, to share experience and expertise and to inform them about challenges of and potentials for further developments in international police missions and deployments. The working session will be conducted in English. 

The German Police University will charge a total fee of 185.00 Euros per participant for taking part in this working session. This amount includes the participation fee, board and lodging at the German Police University campus, and a guided city tour (dinner not included). Travel costs to Münster are at the expense of the participants or their sending institution.
