Jamaica

Some 27 Jamaicans from diverse segments of the society have made the commitment to serve as members of the Jamaican Justice System Reform Task Force (JJSRTF). The Task Force was officially constituted during its first meeting held on November 9, 2006 at the University of the West Indies. The Jamaican Justice System Reform is being spearheaded by the Ministry of Justice as part of the Jamaican Governments broader modernisation programme and is being supported by the Canadian Bar Association.
