Global Partnership for the Prevention of Armed Conflict (GPPAC)
The Global Partnership for the Prevention of Armed Conflict (GPPAC, pronounced "gee-pak" ) is a global member led network of civil society organisations (CSOs) who actively work on conflict prevention and peacebuilding. The network consists of fifteen regional networks of local organisations with their own priorities, character and agenda. These regional networks are represented in an International Steering Group, which jointly determines their global priorities and actions for their conflict prevention and peacebuilding work.
Hague Institute for the Internationalisation of Law (HiiL)
The Hague Institute for the Internationalisation of Law (HiiL) was set up in 2005 with financial support from the Dutch Government and The Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research with the aim of generating new knowledge through fundamental and socially relevant research regarding the challenges faced by legal systems (especially at national level) as a result of the internationalisation of law.
