Lilla Albert is a Project Officer in ISSAT's Professional Development and Training Team.
Her role focuses on training within security sector governance and reform, looking at effective advising, inter-ministerial collaboration, human security, strategic leadership and change management. She also contributes to the coordination with DCAF-ISSAT International Partners, bilateral and multilateral partners to develop and implement training programs.
Prior to joining ISSAT, Lilla, has worked at the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) with a focus on Human Rights in Humanitarian Action. She holds an MSc from the University of Leeds in Environment and Development with international fieldwork experience and a BSc in International Relations and Sociology from Aston University. She is currently in the course of completing a Double Masters in Disaster Management. Lilla speaks English, German, Hungarian, Spanish and some French.
