Sequencing for Stability

This debate tries to gain more insights into contemporary questions around sequencing interventions, including: What do our theories of state formation tell us about how we sequence interventions? Are we pursuing change in a way that reflects our understanding of processes of stabilization and building inclusive political systems? What other factors (partnerships; political imperatives) steer our sequencing or prioritizing?
